Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BMIC ("BMIC", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit bmic.ai and its pages, including bmic.ai/quantum (together, the "Site"). BMIC is building a quantum-resistant approach to securing digital assets. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only what we need.

1. Information we collect

The interactive "Quantum Exposure Scanner" on /quantum runs entirely in your browser. Any wallet address you enter is analysed client-side for educational purposes and is not transmitted to or stored by us, and we never request or have access to private keys or seed phrases.

2. How we use information

3. Advertising & analytics

We use third-party tools including the Meta Pixel and web analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site and to measure ad performance. These tools may set cookies and collect identifiers (such as IP address and pixel events like page views) and share them with the relevant provider, which may use them in accordance with its own privacy policy:

You can manage cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised ads through each platform's ad settings.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process data on the bases of your consent (e.g. marketing cookies), our legitimate interests (e.g. securing and improving the Site), and to take steps at your request before any agreement.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site and our advertising/analytics (as above), or where required by law.

6. Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these, contact us using the details below.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
