BMIC buyer support — real help, official channels
Updated July 2026This is the official BMIC buyer support hub. WhatsApp support is coming online — for now, get help through the official channels below, and remember: support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or remote access.
How to reach us
Coming online. BMIC WhatsApp buyer support is being set up — until it launches, use the channels below. Any WhatsApp account claiming to be BMIC today is not official.
Telegram community
Ask in the official community: t.me/+UTVWYJ6toFsxMTM8. Public questions only — admins will never DM you first, and never move you to "private support".
Website & email
Use the contact route on bmic.ai — always navigate from the official site so you know the address you're writing to is genuine.
Response expectations: include your question, what you already tried, and (for payment issues) your transaction hash — never your seed phrase. Clear reports get fast answers.
What BMIC support will NEVER ask for
- Your seed phrase / recovery phrase — never, under any circumstances.
- Your private keys or wallet file.
- Remote access to your device (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, screen share of your wallet).
- Payment to a personal wallet address sent in chat.
- A fee to "release", "validate" or "unstick" your tokens.
BMIC support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or remote wallet access. Only use official BMIC.AI links. If anyone asks for any of the above in BMIC's name, you are talking to a thief — block, report, and warn the community.
Payment problem? Do this, in order
Stop — don't retry blindly
Repeated retries can create duplicate charges or duplicate on-chain transactions (each burning gas). One attempt, then diagnose.
Card declined? It is usually the bank, not you
Many card issuers automatically decline crypto-related purchases — this is the single most common payment failure, and it is especially frequent with banks in South Korea and France. What works: call your bank and pre-authorise the purchase, try a different card, or use the wallet route instead (ETH on Ethereum/ERC20 — see the guide). Do not retry the same card repeatedly — multiple declines can trigger longer blocks.
Collect your evidence
For wallet payments: the transaction hash (0x…), your wallet address, the time, and a screenshot. For card payments: the receipt/reference and your bank's notification.
Check the obvious causes
Wallet route: did you have ETH for gas, and were you on Ethereum mainnet? Card route: did your bank's 3-D Secure prompt complete? Our buying guide has a full error table.
Contact official support with the details
Use the channels above. Real support can check things from a transaction hash — which is why it's the one thing to keep safe and the only thing you should need to share.
Nothing broken — just want to continue? The presale is on the official site.
